Holly had one idea in 2017: build a cleaning company that actually delivered on its promises. Not a franchise. Not whoever's available. A real service with real accountability — where clients could hand over their keys and genuinely not think about it.
She launched Holly's Housekeeping in 2019, hired her first employee, and set the standard that still drives every single visit today. Under her leadership the company has earned multiple awards and grown into the Capital Region's most trusted cleaning service.

Carley is the engine behind how Holly's Housekeeping shows up, both online and on-site. She handles all of our social media and marketing, and is a consistent team leader on every job she oversees — ensuring the standard never slips regardless of which home we're in.
Her promotion to Project Manager in 2023 was a natural reflection of the role she'd already grown into. She's the kind of person who notices the corner others miss — and makes sure it doesn't happen again.
